The business is led by team of business executives with a wide business experience from multinational corporations to innovative startups and clinical service providers.  The Incarta team bring in-house capabilities in hardware design and manufacture, software development and cloud services, infrastructure deployment and management.

Nicholas is a clinical optometrist and business executive having established several successful startups. He has over 25 years experience in the clinical sector and brings to Incarta an in-depth understanding of business management and clinical product development. He has a PhD in clinical science and is a published academic.
Marcus Young

Marcus is an Electrical Engineer, researcher and company director with over 30 years experience in the design and development of technology for the cardiac, acute and sub-acute care sectors. He has broad experience in cardiac pacing and defibrillation, digital signal processing, real-time analytics and high performance computing.
Kim Hindson
Kim HindsonOperations Manager
Kim is a clinical optometrist and business manager. She has been in clinical practice for over 15 years and held financial management roles with several clinical businesses and clinical technology startups.
